Dr. Schultz graduated from Des Moines University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1980. In 1983 he completed a Family Practice Residency at the University of Illinois in Rockford. After becoming Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, he practiced in Iowa and Florida. He worked in the Emergency Department of Cape Coral Hospital from 1995 to 2010. Over the next several years he did volunteer work with the Height’s Foundation’s medical mission and worked part-time with Lee Physician Group. In the summer of 2018 he attended seminars on the healing properties of Medical Marijuana. While Dr. Schultz recognizes that Medical Marijuana is not the answer to every affliction, it is of great benefit for many people.

Dr. Bob has been a practicing physician in Lee County since 1979. He went to medical school at the University of Illinois and has been active in medical missionary work as well as local public health projects. Dr. Bob’s motivation: “In almost 40 years of practicing medicine I have been amazed at some incredible and unbelievable stories from patients concerning the life changing benefits of medical marijuana. These are people I have known for decades and have witnessed their miraculous turnaround due to medical marijuana. For this reason I have decided to become more proactive in educating patients to the potential benefits.”

Having retired from an active medical practice in 1999, Don has travelled
extensively and participated in medical missionary work. He has long seen
naturopathic alternatives to conventional approaches work extremely well in
reducing pain and providing relief to many medical conditions. The benefits
of MMJ are many and he is excited to help bring relief to the Lee and Collier County
areas.

Mark Sauer, MD is a board certified anesthesiologist practicing in Florida since 1993. Currently he is semiretired, working part-time in anesthesia in Naples. Having done research on cannabis in the 1970s at the National Institutes of Health, Dr. Sauer has become interested in low dose THC and medical marijuana, and the many and varied benefits that both of these can bring on a variety of chronic medical conditions that otherwise would be absent in traditional western medical care. He has joined Liberate Gulf Coast to treat patients with chronic problems that otherwise would not have adaquate solutions by traditional methods. After working as a chemist for six years at the NIH in the 1970s, Dr. Sauer graduated University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore and then finished his anesthesia residency in Nashville at Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Sauer is married without children, lives in Fort Myers, and is an amateur musician.

Dr Andrew Ferber aka Swami Anand Bodhicitta graduated from Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1959. He is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Albert Einstein College of Medicine(ret) and Director at the Osho Institute for the Art of Living and Dying. He has 60 years of Psychiatry and Holistic Medicine experience, 50 years experience with Cannabis on four continents while visiting over 40 countries, healing and loving people everywhere, with over 20,000 patients to date. His specialties include PTSD (3 VA hospitals), aging, death and dying (empowered to transmit and update the Bardo teachings), Pain management (having worked in pain clinics and consulted in several general hospitals in NY, Iowa, Missouri and Florida). He practices holistic medicine (trained in Medical chi kung, quantum resonance analysis and other holistic modalities. He has 50 years of yoga and meditation experience and is the author of The Book of Family Therapy and several other research papers and books. Cannabis is a healing herb that activates the bodies self healing and homeostatic mechanisms.

Regina joined Liberate Gulf Coast in June of 2018 as a Receptionist and Patient Care Advocate. Regina has been working in the client/patient relationship field for almost 20 years, where she developed a passion for Medical Marijuana after seeing its effects on others. Regina enjoys a healthy lifestyle; Beach, gym, travel, and holds a large place in her heart for animals. 🙂

Nancy is a Medical Cannabis Advocate and Patient. She suffers from Chronic Back Pain and after spending years exhausting available pharmaceutical options, a nurse told her reports of successful cannabis treatment in managing pain. Today, 3 years after starting her cannabis journey, Nancy's life is rarely interrupted by her condition. Now, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others. In her free time, Nancy loves the beach, listening to live music and gardening.
